Conversatorio sobre Alimentación Consciente: hábitos saludables en las distintas etapas de la vida

Como parte de las actividades de la 3ra edición del PEFF Itinerante Comodoro Rivadavia, se realizará el PEFF SEMILLAS un espacio de encuentro y diálogo sobre alimentación consciente y nutrición destinado al público general y con entrada libre y gratuita.
Participarán del conversatorio Laura Gonzales, nutricionista infantil y Catalina Olmos Licenciada en nutrición quienes abordarán temas como:
- Definición de alimentación consciente y su importancia
- Nutrientes y sus vehículos: alimentos reales
- Hábitos en las distintas etapas de la vida. Desde la gestación hasta la adultez.
El evento se llevará a cabo el día Miércoles 12 de junio a las 19hs en el Auditorio de OSDE, Sarmiento 968 - Comodoro Rivadavia.
Además se proyectará un material audiovisual referido a la temática.
