Soledad Barruti (Buenos Aires, 1981) is a journalist and writer. Works on issues related to food and the food industry in radio and television programs, and in different media
graphics such as The New York Times, Gatopardo Magazine, La Nación, Mu Magazine and Anfibia.
On this subject, he also gives talks at national and international universities, and cycles throughout the country and abroad. His first non-fiction book, Malcomidos, how the industry
Argentine food is killing us was published by Editorial Planeta in 2013 and immediately became a best seller, and, with more than 30 editions, it continues to be read today.
His second title, Mala Leche, the supermarket as an ambush was published in December 2018, also by Planeta, with more than 15 editions in Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Colombia,
Mexico and Peru. She is the director of the Latin American journalism network on food and territories, Bocado. She is a speaker on these topics in different spaces, forums, universities
National and international. In 2021 he obtained a fellowship from the Pulitzer Center with which he is conducting research that will soon be published in different graphic media in the region.
MIRTA LEWIS
She is a Doctor in Veterinary Sciences from the National University of La Plata, specialist in marine mammals. Principal Investigator of CONICET and Director of the San Jorge Gulf Research and Transfer Center (CITGSJ). His area of research is the ecology of marine mammals oriented to spatial ecology and bio-registration. .He has published 50 papers in high-impact indexed scientific journals, 8 chapters in books and participated as a protagonist or scientific advisor in 16 documentaries on conservation issues. She is an Associate Researcher of the Brazilian Antarctic Project during the Antarctic Polar year, during which she carried out two summer campaigns to Elephant Island. She is a member of the Scientific-Technological Advisory Committee of the strategic research initiative "Pampa Azul" and is currently coordinator of the CONICET Marine Sciences Commission.
XAVIER ASI
He is an Image and Sound Designer, graduated from the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism of the UBA. For 10 years he trained professionally in the audiovisual industry, both in feature films and advertising productions with directors such as Luis Puenzo, Alejandro Doria, Zack Snider, Martín Hodara, Fernando Vallejos and Victoria Galardi in various production houses in Buenos Aires. In 2008, together with Analía Bruni, he founded the production company Viento a Favor in the city of Puerto Madryn. Since then, he has been dedicated to the production of audiovisual content, participating in local, national and international projects shot in the area.

He has a degree in Social Communication, Programming Coordinator of the content platform Vivamos Cultura of the Ministry of Culture of the city of Buenos Aires.

CONNIE ISLAND
She is a singer-songwriter, actress and activist born in Argentina. She combines music with her causes and expresses deep and contemporary messages in her lyrics and projects, as in her two albums "Luz y Fuego" and "2020" and her two books. He is currently recording his third studio album. She was nominated a “New Artist” at the 2018 Kids Choice Awards. At the age of 6, she began studying singing, theater, and dancing. On television, she participated in Aliados and Heidi Bienvenida a Casa (Nickelodeon Mundial). He created the non-profit foundation "Músicos del Alma", which drives and promotes a series of free acoustic shows in hospitals and in different places for those who need it most. She is also a great ambassador of the Veggie life.

CECILIA TORREJON
Bachelor of Tourism with postgraduate specialization in government and tourism executive programs, in local development and participatory project management, with an emphasis on protected areas. She has led governmental and non-governmental public management initiatives, was Secretary of Tourism and Environment of the Municipality of Puerto Madryn and Secretary of Tourism and Sports. She was part of the drafting group of the Area Management Plan Natural Protected Peninsula Valdés. He was Professor of the Bachelor of Administration of Protected Areas UDCH and of the Specialization and Master's Degree in Biodiversity Conservation, Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences UBA and is currently part of the Argentine Wildlife Conservation Program Society, working on the implementation of management plans in Protected Areas, particularly in Península Valdés, a World Heritage Site
JOSE LUIS ESTEVES
Retired as Principal Investigator of CONICET at the National Patagonian Center (CENPAT). Doctor in Oceanology (University of Aix-Marseille II, France) y Degree in Chemical Sciences (Juan A. Maza University, Mendoza and Free University of Brussels, Belgium). He is a Technical Consultant for national and and member of the Drafting Commission of the Environmental Charter of Puerto Madryn. He is currently engaged in projects related to the environment and renewable energy.
